Affiliate Disclosure

Up2Us Foundation is a participant in affiliate marketing programs operated by various online casinos and gaming operators. When you click on links to casino sites from this website and complete a registration or make a deposit, Up2Us Foundation may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you.

How We Use Commissions

The commissions we receive help support the ongoing operation and maintenance of this website. However, these financial relationships do not influence our editorial decisions, casino rankings, or review ratings. Each casino review is conducted independently based on factors including game selection, customer service, security, licensing, and user experience.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links are clearly marked throughout the site with an "Affiliate Link" label or "Play Now" button. Sponsored content or paid promotions are also clearly identified as such. We recommend reviewing these labels before clicking through to any casino operator.

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics and the Australian Consumer Law. We are committed to transparent advertising practices and honest representation of our commercial relationships.

Reader Responsibility

We encourage all readers to conduct their own research before engaging with any online casino. Gambling involves risk, and you should only gamble with money you can afford to lose. If you have concerns about gambling, please contact Gambling Help Online or Gamblers Anonymous Australia for support.
